It is generally felt that, there is much need for growing Children to have better systematic education by proper trained teachers that is why Teachers Vocational training should be seen as not merely in terms creating positive attitude towards work and general increase in the skill base, among the students, but also as a strategy for giving a full package of Competence, required for wage and self employment, to meet the man-power, needs on various sectors.
The main Objectives of Vocational education are:
(i) Enhancing individual employability
(ii) To reduce mis-match between the demand and supply of skilled man power.
To provide an alternative for those parsing higher education without particular interest purpose.

Advance Information In Early Childhood Care & Education, an Educational & Vocational Organisation, started Vocational & Educational Courses, all over India, With the help & Co-operation of educational experts with view to train the unemployed educated girls & Boys Particularly Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and back ward class. So that they may impart education, based on modern lines to Pre-school children, with a stress on moral intellectual, Physical and social personality, as it was found, that therewas no training for teachers in India for Pre school gong children education. The Istitution takes guidance from N.C.E.R.T New Delhi and A.I.E.C.C.E. Courses, therefore, in line with research work of N.C.E.R.T. These two are the only genuine body for affiliation and guidance. At present Various Study Centre are running in different district of India.
Planning of Pragramme
A well planned Educational programme is needed for the service of community.
The planning must have following criteria
- It must be
meaningful
- It must have useful contents.
- It. should be easy, cheap, acceptable and implement able.
- It must be beneficial to mass, in the form of reliefs of
sufferings.
- It must be self-employment oriented.
- The plan must be in favour of traditional system of the area
zone or country,
- The plan must be flexible, having provisions for
addition and subtraction of points.

implemented for the benefit to teachers training in all over India.
